About this library
What these papers are, and how to read them
Prosyon Research is a library of technical white papers. Each one documents a single system, decision, or model in enough depth that the why behind it is recoverable years later — not just the what that ended up in code.
The format is deliberate. A paper opens with an abstract and a metadata strip (version, status, reading time), then moves through numbered sections: the problem and context, the model or architecture, the approach, and the concrete implementation. Figures, callouts, specification blocks, and citations are first-class so a document can carry diagrams, trade-offs, and references without leaving the page.
How to read a paper
Every paper is a self-contained reading surface:
- The outline on the left tracks your position as you scroll.
- The reading settings control (bottom of the page) switches the page theme (light, sepia, dark), font (serif or sans), and text size. Your choice is remembered across papers.
- Print renders the document as a clean PDF-ready page.
Status labels
Papers are versioned and carry a status:
- Draft — a work in progress; expect changes.
- Review — substantially complete, under review.
- Published — stable and considered current.
- Superseded — kept for reference; a newer paper replaces it.
The site is built with Hugo on the in-repo codex theme
and published as a static site. There is no database and no server — just
documents.
